Services:
- Services provided on the Learner Nook website are online tutoring for children grades K-2 such as English language grammar and reading comprehension.
- If you no longer need our services by any reason you must contact us at nook001@bestmail.us and cancel the services. All your personal information will be disposed of. See Payment section to learn more about prepaid amount.
Online Tutoring for children (grades K-2):
- Online sessions for children (grades K-2) are 1 hour, 45 or 30 minutes in length via Zoom platform.
- Once you have contacted us, you will get a Zoom session link for your online meetings.
- If you cannot attend a scheduled meeting then you must contact us nook001@bestmail.us at least 1 hour ahead.
- If we, Learner Nook, have to cancel a scheduled meeting, then we inform you 1 hour prior.
- All missed meetings are automatically moved to the new month as credits.
Parental Responsibilities:
- For the online tutoring you, as a parent/legal caregiver, should be present during the online meeting.
- You need to make sure that the electronic devices you use for an online session such as phone, tablet, laptop, or computer are working properly, camera and microphone are on before the online meeting begins.
Payments:
- All payments go via PayPal.
- Monthly payments are applied for online tutoring children K-2: amount depends on the duration and number of lessons per week.
